CaptureScale is a YouTube growth service operated by Ricardo Taipe. We help coaches, consultants, and online business owners generate inbound leads and clients through YouTube content systems.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address submitted through our application form (Tally)
• Answers to qualification questions in our application form
• Name, email, and any notes entered when booking a call (Cal.com)

Information collected automatically:

• UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source) appended to URLs when you arrive from a link, stored in your browser's localStorage to track which marketing channel brought you to our site
• Basic usage data collected by third-party services embedded on our site (see Section 4)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your application and determine whether we can help you
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls
• Communicate with you about our services
• Understand which marketing channels bring qualified applicants (via UTM tracking)
• Improve our services and website

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our website and operations rely on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Tally (tally.so) — We use Tally to power our application form. When you submit the form, your responses are stored on Tally's servers and forwarded to us. Tally may also collect usage data. See Tally's Privacy Policy.

Cal.com — We use Cal.com for scheduling discovery calls. When you book a call, your name, email, and any notes are collected and stored by Cal.com. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.

Vidalytics — We embed video content on our site through Vidalytics. They may collect viewing data and analytics. See Vidalytics' Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts — We load fonts from Google's servers, which may result in your IP address being sent to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Sheets / Google Workspace — We store booking data internally using Google Sheets for operational purposes. This data is not shared externally.

n8n (automation) — We use n8n to automate data flows between our tools (e.g. from Cal.com to Google Sheets). Data processed through n8n is handled securely and not shared with third parties.

5. UTM Tracking and localStorage

When you arrive at our website from a link that contains a UTM parameter (e.g. from a YouTube video or social media post), we store that UTM value in your browser's localStorage. This is a small piece of data stored locally on your device — not a cookie, and not sent to any external server by us directly.

We use this to understand which of our YouTube videos or marketing efforts led you to apply, so we can measure what's working. This data persists in your browser until you clear your browser storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your application and booking information for as long as is necessary to manage our business relationship with you. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at ricardo@capturescale.io and we will remove it from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• If you are in the EU/EEA, additional rights under the GDPR apply

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
